We understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

Online and Telephone Returns

If you’d like to return an unwanted item ordered online please email office@huttonsdirect.com and return to

Huttons at home 57 Peascod street, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1DE.

You will need to cover the the cost of returning products to us. We are able to arrange pick up of  unwanted items please call for quote.

 we can only accept returns with original packaging.

Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with in 24 hours at office@huttonsdirect.com.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition if products are not we will be unaable to refund.

Please  measure your space accurately before ordering.
